The Rotary Club of Lititz recognized Marin Davis as Student of the Month at their regular meeting on April 23, 2024, held at the Lititz Springs Inn & Spa. Marin is a Warwick High School senior and the son of Tracey and Adam Davis.
 
Marin is an academic achiever and has demonstrated academic excellence during his time in the Warwick School District. He has received recognition on the Distinguished Honor Roll each year, and Marin’s strong academic efforts have earned him membership in the National Honor Society. He was awarded First Place in the Chemical Energy Division at the Warwick Science Fair and Third Place in the North Museum Science & Engineering Fair. Marin is also a Lancaster-Lebanon Academic All-Star for soccer.
 
Also at Warwick, Marin is Student Council President and a member of Warwick's Link Crew, a high school transition program in which leaders are positive role models and mentors who guide freshmen to discover what it takes to be successful during the transition to high school. He has also worked with Aevidum, a student organization with the goal of creating positive mental health environments where all students feel accepted, appreciated, acknowledged, and cared for in schools and communities across the nation.
 
Marin also enjoys athletic competition and is a four-year member of Warwick boys tennis team, serving as captain for past two years, and he is a three-year varsity member of the Warwick boys soccer team.
 
At the Lititz recCenter, Marin teaches pickleball to adults and children and is tournament director for the pickleball tournament this summer. He also serves as a Summer Camp Counselor at the recCenter.
 
Additional community service activities for Marin include volunteering at UPMC Lititz in the emergency department and volunteering with the Special Olympics.
 
After finding his true passion in aviation and dedicating many years to studying and obtaining his pilot’s license, Marin intends to pursue aerospace engineering at the University of Southern California.
