At the Lititz Rotary Club meeting held on February 18, 2025, at the Lititz Springs Spa and Inn, Lexie Davies was honored as the Student of the Month for February 2025. A senior at Warwick High School, Lexie has distinguished herself as a dedicated student, an active community member, and an inspiring leader.

The daughter of Joanne and Paul Davies, Lexie resides in Lititz and has earned a reputation for academic excellence. Throughout her high school career, she consistently secured a place on the Distinguished Honor Roll and is a member of both the National Spanish Honor Society and the National History Scholars Society. Her love of learning is further reflected in her enrollment in a 213-level Psychology course at HACC during her senior year, where she was the youngest student in the class.

Lexie’s passion for serving others is evident in her involvement in school and community organizations. As the Finance Chairperson for Warwick High School’s UNITE club, she has worked tirelessly to organize fundraisers and events to support pediatric cancer research. UNITE is a Warwick service club which plans and hosts Warwick’s annual Mini-THON. All of the proceeds from Warwick’s Mini-THON go directly to the support Four Diamonds Fund's mission of ending childhood cancer and supporting (financially and emotionally) the families of childhood cancer patients.

She is also a member of the American Sign Language Club, using the opportunity to broaden her communication skills and foster inclusivity.

Her commitment to community service predates her time at Warwick High School. While living in Wisconsin from 2017 to 2023, Lexie volunteered extensively, contributing to initiatives such as making blankets and gift baskets for local children’s hospitals, organizing holiday events for families in need, and preparing meals for those facing food insecurity. Since moving to Pennsylvania in late 2023, she has continued her volunteer work, including spending her summer at the Lititz Public Library reading to children and leading creative activities.

Lexie’s experiences also extend to the workforce. She spent three years as a nanny for two families, caring for children of various ages and honing her organizational and interpersonal skills. Additionally, she has worked in the food service industry in both Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, gaining valuable experience interacting with people from diverse backgrounds while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.

In the fall of 2025, Lexie will begin her studies at Pennsylvania State University’s main campus, where she plans to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is particularly eager to join Four Diamonds at Penn State, whose mission to support pediatric cancer research aligns closely with her values. Looking ahead, Lexie plans to continue her education beyond her undergraduate degree, with the goal of becoming a forensic psychologist.

Although she has only been part of the Warwick School District for a year, Lexie has already made a lasting impression. Reflecting on her transition to Pennsylvania, she credits the experience with teaching her the importance of making others feel welcome and supported in any environment.

The Lititz Rotary Club is proud to recognize Lexie’s achievements, both academic and personal, and her inspiring commitment to making a difference in her community and beyond.
