Request for Support or Contribution
Annually, during the month of May, the Club reviews all requests received from Organizations for a monetary Contribution/Donation, and, for those that are approved, awards will be made during the Financial Year beginning June 1st. Organizations wishing to request a Contribution/Donation from the Lititz Rotary Club should email us the following information:
- Organization Requesting Funding
- Organization's Contact, Address, Email and Phone
- Requested Amount
- Purpose of the Request
- Supporting Documentation
